		<description>@Tim - I couldn't agree with you more! Losing weight is simple but it's not easy. The thing that makes it difficult is the consistency that's needed. I can handle the attitude, diet and exercise - but on day #2 it gets harder.

		<description>The Pilates information is excellent without a question Yoga and Pilates are the best form of exercise there is. I have lost loads of weight and gained a lot of extra confidence because of Pilates and cannot recommend it enough. Thanks for the information.</description>
